			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Forfatteren og journalisten Bill Taylor mener, at vi fremover vil se flere virksomheder, der begynder at brande sig som undervisende organisatioer. Han mener ikke, at virksomheder skal stoppe med at lære. For naturligvis skal de det. En virksomhed skal mindst lære lige så hurtigt som verden omkring den forandres. Men ved at begynde at undervise andre virksomheder i gode ideer, metoder og handlemåder, vil en virksomhed kunne opnå en placering som tankeledende (thought leader). Og en sådan placering skaber ifølge Bill Taylor troværdighed og loyalitet omkring virksomheden på en helt ny måde.</p>

<p>Og det kan der måske være noget om. Er vi reelt set proaktivt forandringsparate eller -villige? Eller skal der være noget, der trykker, før vi flytter os? Og hvad skal ledere, konsulenter og politikere og andet godtfolk, der så gerne vil forandre os andre gøre &#8230; eller lade være med at gøre, når der åbenbart ikke findes én sandhed, men mange.</p>
<p>Hvad er i øvrigt din &#8220;sandhed&#8221; om begrebet forandring? Hvornår har du sidst forandret dig? Hvordan foregik det? Hvad gjorde du? Hvad gjorde andre? Og hvad kan vi lære af det?</p>

<p>OK &#8211; det er muligvis mig, der er noget galt med. Men jeg forstår ganske enkelt ikke, at der findes seriøst tænkende virksomheder og/eller ditto virksomhedsledere, der vil hyre hende til noget som helst &#8230;</p>
<p>Og jeg håber ved grød heller ikke, at der er kvinder i Kongeriget Danmark, der kan se, hvad det er hun skal og kan &#8230; uagtet at jeg går varmt ind for al den begavede kvindelighed, der kan presses ind i erhvervslivet &#8230;</p>
<p>Men, jeg lytter selvfølgelig gerne, hvis der er nogen, der kan give mig en god forklaring &#8230;. vi kan jo alle blive klogere.</p>
